Language support for schools

Educational professionals can receive language mediators from the "BildungsBrückenBauen" service centre for parent meetings and parent information events.

Course description

More than 100 qualified and neutral volunteers support the specialists as required in more than 65 languages. The volunteers are familiar with the structure and basics of the Bavarian school system, are qualified to answer questions about the school system and receive ongoing training. These volunteers can be deployed as linguistic and intercultural mediators in discussions with parents and at parent information events. In this way, we build "educational bridges".

  • Key points about the content of the conversation
