Course description
Please note:
There is no corresponding age limit for educational benefits for those covered by SGB XII and the AsylbLG.

Where to apply for these benefits
You automatically apply for education and participation benefits – excluding the learning support benefit – whenever your basic income support, benefits under SGB XII or benefits under the AsylbLG are newly granted or renewed. To do this, you must complete the BuT Annex(SGB II and XII) or the BuT-AsylbLG Annex to specify your entitlements. If you receive housing benefit and/or child supplement, you must apply for these benefits separately using the application form. You can download the BuT annex(if you are receiving benefits under SGB II or SGB XII) and the application form(if you are receiving housing benefit or child supplement) here as a fillable PDF file and apply for the benefits in writing at your local social services centre. Recipients of SGB II benefits can upload the saved PDF file directly to their user account on Jobcenter.digital. You can also download the BuT-AsylbLG annex here as a fillable PDF file and apply for the benefits at the Office for Housing and Migration, Werinherstraße 89, 81541 Munich. Please note that the supporting documents to be attached must always include the bank account details of the institution, association or music school.
