Would you like to erect a gravestone or install or repair gravestone foundations? Then you need a licence. To do this, we need the relevant signed application in duplicate. You can find the application forms under Forms & Links.
Required documents
- Completed and signed application with plans in duplicate
- possibly the burial certificate
