Course description
Self-employed / freelance non-medical health professionals in the city of Munich must be notified immediately to the responsible health authority (in the city of Munich: Health Department, Department of Hygiene and Environmental Medicine), stating the name and address of the establishment: A confirmation of registration will be issued on request.owners of practices that do not practise a medical profession and do not have their own medical professional title are not required to register.
Required documents
- Registration form (The registration form is created automatically when you register using the online form. If you do not use the online registration function, the registration form must be requested from the Health Department)
- Identity card / passport
- Certificate of authorisation to use the professional title
- Proof of the existence of liability insurance
