In the fee-based intensive consultations offered by Bauzentrum München, we provide you with in-depth advice on issues relating to sustainable living, renovation and construction.

Description

The intensive consultations offered by the Bauzentrum München (Munich Building Centre), which are subject to a charge, can deal in depth with issues relating to sustainable living, renovation and construction that cannot be dealt with conclusively as part of the free consultation services (see there). The consultations are conducted by experts and last one hour. The information provided is product-neutral and company-neutral.

Please note:

  • Only individual issues can be dealt with in the limited consultation time.
  • No planning services are provided.
  • For reasons of neutrality, no recommendations on products or companies can be given.
  • Bauzentrum München accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the content and consequences of consultations

Prerequisites

The counselling service can only be used after a binding appointment has been made in good time.

Required documents

All important documents relating to the issue should be brought along to the consultation. This includes, for example, floor plans, sections and views, photos, calculations, chimney sweep reports, living and floor space calculations, energy performance certificates or energy passes as well as quotations and invoices. This is the only way to make the best possible use of the limited consultation time.

Duration & Costs

Fees

  • Private individuals: 60 euros including VAT (consultation time: 60 minutes)
  • Commercial customers:90 euros including VAT (counselling time: 60 minutes)

The costs of the consultation are invoiced directly by the consultants.
The consultants do not receive a fee from Bauzentrum München.
