Course description

In order to trade or broker hazardous waste on a commercial basis or as a commercial enterprise, a waste licence is required.

The legal basis for this is Section 54 of the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act (KrWG) and the Waste Notification and Authorisation Ordinance (AbfAEV).

The authority checks the reliability and expertise of the applicant and the persons authorised to act as dealers or brokers.
