Advice on neighbour's signature for building application

Owners of neighbouring properties must be involved in the approval process.

Description

In the building permit and approval exemption procedure, the construction drawings and the site plan must be submitted to the owners of the neighbouring properties for approval. Whether consent has been granted must be stated in the building application.
If a neighbour has not given their consent, a copy of the building permit will be delivered.
