Staff approval for day care centres

Description

You can use the online form to submit the following requests:

• Apply for staff approval: You wish to appoint a qualified teaching staff member or teaching assistant whose qualification is not recognised.
• Make a preliminary enquiry: You wish to clarify in advance whether a qualification is suitable for a role as a qualified or support childcare worker.
• Submit a staff notification: You wish to report staff changes at your Munich childcare centre or submit an up-to-date staff list. Changes to staffing must be reported immediately. You must provide the names and qualifications of the staff members concerned. This applies, for example, to reports under Section 47 of SGB VIII, in connection with an operating licence, a risk to a child’s welfare or for any other reason.

Important: Apply for staff authorisation in good time

Please apply for staff authorisation before the person in question starts work at the childcare centre. Retrospective staff authorisation is not possible.

Required documents

• Curriculum Vitae in tabular form
• Certificates and transcripts of qualifications obtained
• Details of training or course content
• Proof of German language proficiency
• Current list of staff
• If available: employment references or evidence of practical experience
