If you wish to install a well to irrigate your private garden with groundwater, you must give at least one month's notice.
Course description
If the work is not prohibited within one month of receipt of the notification with the complete documentation, the project may commence in accordance with the submitted planning.
No further authorisation is required for the use of groundwater via the constructed garden well.
Required documents
The documents should preferably be submitted digitally.
- Completed and signed notification form (see "Links and documents")
- Site plan with entry of the well location (e.g. from BayernAtlas)
