Counselling for problems in geriatric care

The complaints office advises people in need of care, relatives, legal carers, acquaintances and carers on issues relating to care for the elderly.

Course description

The complaints office is a point of contact for elderly people in need of care, their relatives, legal carers, acquaintances, neighbours and also care staff with concerns about Munich's elderly care facilities and services. Complainants receive expert advice and support here. After consultation, on-site research is carried out and solutions and improvements are agreed. The effects of these are reviewed and assessed together with all parties involved after an appropriate period of time. The Complaints Office acts in advance of the statutory bodies (care home supervisory authorities, care insurance funds) for individual cases.
