Description of the course

Food: If you discover defects in food, first contact the seller. If this is unsuccessful, you can contact the responsible district inspectorate and submit a complaint sample. This will not incur any costs for you. You can also contact us by e-mail or via our contact form.

Note: Please store the defective food in a cool, dry and dark place for evidence purposes.

Hygiene deficiencies: Have you observed hygiene deficiencies in a food business? Then please call the responsible district inspectorate. You can also contact us by email or via our contact form.
