Authorisation under immission control law - amendment

If the location, structure or operation of an installation requiring authorisation changes, this must be reported in good time.

Course description

If you make any changes to the location, structure or operation of your installation requiring authorisation that could affect the environment, you must notify us in writing at least one month in advance.

In the Munich city area, the Department for Climate and Environmental Protection of the City of Munich is the competent authority for this.

You can find out which installations are subject to authorisation in the Annex to the Ordinance on Installations Subject to Authorisation ( 4th BImSchV).

Delays can be avoided if you contact the authorities at an early stage. In this way, it is possible to clarify which documents are required, how the procedure works and whether an environmental impact assessment is necessary before the application is submitted.
