Investment support for day-care centres

Suspension of investment funding for applications from January 2025

Description

investment funding for semi-residential care facilities was suspended for all new applications from 1 January 2025 by resolution of 18 December 2024. New applications for funding currently have to be rejected due to the tight budget situation.

The following regulations apply to applications submitted before 1 January 2025:

Owners who have applied for funding by 31 December 2024 (cut-off deadline) can receive investment funding if they submit all the necessary documents by 30 June 2026 (cut-off deadline) at the latest and corresponding budget funds are available. The city council has also adopted new funding guidelines in the above-mentioned resolution. You can find all further information there.

Funding is only possible if the investment funding from the Free State of Bavaria PflegesoNah has been rejected. It is provided in the form of fixed amounts or pro rata funding. Funding under PflegesoNah no longer needs to be applied for for day-care projects that are created as individual services (i.e. not in conjunction with other care services).

Prerequisites

The requirements for funding are set out in the guidelines and were last updated in the resolution dated 18 December 2024.
