Description of the course

If you do not discharge large quantities of fresh water into the municipal sewerage system due to extensive garden irrigation, you can claim a reduction for these water quantities by installing a calibrated intermediate meter. The costs for the installation of the intermediate meter must be borne by you.

Please note:
You are responsible for maintaining the water meter and replacing it with a new water meter at the end of the 6-year calibration period.

Temporary sewer connections

If you are planning construction site facilities or events (street parties, etc.), you can request temporary sewer connections for sanitary containers.

Inspection of site drainage plans

If you would like to view the drainage plans for your detached house or apartment block, you can make an appointment.

Closure of duct connections

On request, sewer connections can be closed permanently or temporarily to secure the sewer and excavation pit during construction work.

If you operate a dental practice, no liquids or substances classified as hazardous may be discharged into the municipal drainage system.

Authorisation for waste water from façade cleaning

A discharge permit is required for the discharge of wastewater from surface cleaning (e.g. facades, underground car parks) into the municipal sewage system.

If you require a copy of the drainage plan for your property drainage system, you can submit an application here.

Permit for rainwater infiltration

If you wish to infiltrate rainwater in a targeted manner, you must obtain a water law permit under certain conditions.

Notification of start of work on site drainage

If you wish to carry out work on property drainage systems, the company carrying out the work must notify the municipal drainage department before starting construction.
