Description

You can contact Streetwork if you have the following problems:

  • Problems with family, school, education
  • Problems in public,
  • Addictive behaviour,
  • Poverty,
  • Criminal offences / delinquency,
  • Unemployment,
  • Homelessness.

This is how streetwork can help you:

  • Advise and support you
  • Refer you on
  • Accompany you to the authorities or court
  • Represent your interests
  • develop problem-solving strategies with you
  • organise educational leisure activities with you.

Prerequisites

You are between 14 and 27 years old

You regularly spend time alone or in groups in public spaces (streets, pedestrian zones, parks, courtyards, squares, etc.)

You have difficulties in coping with your life

You have turned away from your family, school or education

Legal basis

  • § 1 SGB VIII (right to education, parental responsibility, youth welfare) and in particular
  • from § 13 SGB VIII (youth social work)
  • § Section 11 SGB VIII (youth work)
