If you have a München-Pass, you can purchase a discounted monthly ticket (Monatskarte S) for the MVV. The ticket is available at all points of sale.

Description

The monthly travelcard S is not valid from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. (closing time). Otherwise it is valid around the clock. This curfew also applies during school holidays.

On public holidays and on 24 December and 31 December of the year, the ticket is valid around the clock.

With the Monthly Travelcard S, you can take as many of your own children and grandchildren or a maximum of three children up to the age of 15 with you. The Monthly Travelcard S is a personal monthly travelcard. It is not transferable to another person. The children travelling with you do not have to be in possession of a Munich Pass.
