If you have any questions about statutory pension insurance, you can make an appointment for a personal consultation.

Description

We will be happy to answer your questions

  • about the type of pension (e.g. old-age pension, pension due to reduced earning capacity)
  • the start of the pension
  • the pension amount and pension payment
  • the effects of additional earnings alongside the pension
  • pension deductions and equalisation payments
  • pension calculation
  • the admissibility and justification of appeals against pension notices
  • on insurance histories and pension information, including requests to the pension provider
  • on pension contributions and subsequent payment of voluntary contributions
  • for the reimbursement of contributions

We are also happy to check pension notices that have been issued and inform you about other options offered by pension law.

In addition to an on-site appointment, you can also arrange a telephone consultation.

Prerequisites

You must live or work in Munich.

Required documents

  • Valid identity card or passport
  • Latest or current pension statement, if available
  • In addition, latest pension information, if available
  • Alternatively, latest insurance history, if available

Note: If the above documents are not available, we can request up-to-date documents for a follow-up appointment during the consultation. Your national insurance number is required for this.

  • Last payslip as a basis for extrapolations
  • Pension certificates, if decisions of the German Pension Insurance are to be explained

Note: Please note that further documents or information and a follow-up appointment may be required in individual cases in order to be able to answer all your questions properly.

If you are unable to come yourself, a person authorised in writing can obtain the information or documents you require.
