Ox meat

Our good ox meat from Gut Karlshof comes from species-appropriate animal husbandry, in airy, straw-bedded pens. We only use our own and regional feed. The meat is extremely tender as it has grown slowly through extensive feeding. It is ideal for cooking, roasting and grilling.

Home-grown vegetables

• Potatoes for storage
  (September to February)
  Our conventionally grown potatoes of the Agria variety are predominantly waxy and yellow-fleshed. They are ideal for potato salad, roast and boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes and dumplings.

• Organic potatoes
  (While stocks last)
  Organic potatoes are grown at Gut Riem according to organic cultivation guidelines. The early Nicola variety has yellow flesh and is predominantly firm. In addition, old potato varieties such as "Emmalie" and "Violetta" are offered in September/October.

• Field vegetables
  (September to December)
  Depending on the season, we offer various field vegetables: Blue and white cabbage, carrots, savoy cabbage, leeks, Brussels sprouts and celery, salads.
