If you no longer use your fireplace or stove and have it removed, you must report this decommissioning to the competent authority.

Are you no longer using your fireplace or stove or are you having it removed? Then you need to report this decommissioning.
This is done with the responsible authority. In the City of Munich, this is the Department for Climate and Environmental Protection.
Send the completed form to both the Department for Climate and Environmental Protection and your responsible district chimney sweep.
