Cycling traffic reporting platform

Course description

The reporting platform serves as the city council’s channel for feedback on cycling. Depending on the category, your report will be forwarded to the relevant department. Processing times may therefore vary; it is not possible to provide information on the status of your report.

Reports submitted by other members of the public are displayed on the homepage, so you can check in advance whether your query has already been answered. Via the menu in the top right-hand corner, you can find information on infrastructure, planning and current cycling initiatives in Munich. On the map, you can click on icons to view details. Current cycling events are also marked there.

The reporting platform and its use are important for planning and improving cycling in Munich. This allows us to receive your enquiries immediately, complete with the relevant location details, and to collect and analyse them automatically. For general enquiries that do not relate to a specific location, other channels are available, such as the Mobility Department’s email address ( mobilitaetsreferat@muenchen.de).

Please note that reports from outside Munich cannot be processed.
