Course description

For the first-time proper construction (also for partial measures) of roads, the City of Munich as the road construction authority levies development contributions in accordance with the development contribution statutes and, if required, the Development Department will provide fee-based information on development contributions already paid or still outstanding or to be levied in the future. The property to be assessed and the parcel number must be stated for this purpose.
