Information on standard land values

Standard land values refer to one square metre of undeveloped land. They are derived from property sales and are given on a location-specific basis.

Description

Standard land values are average values based on one square metre of undeveloped land. They are derived from property sales and specified for the respective location.
The standard land values are based on the specified degree of building utilisation (GFZ).

If the actual or permitted building use deviates from this, this must be taken into account in the individual valuation. The standard land value map shows the average number of storeys per floor area that can be achieved for a new development of land in this area according to the non-binding assessment of the expert committee.
