Unfortunately, we are unable to answer questions about private health insurance.
Prerequisites
You must live or work in Munich.

You should submit the original documents. We will make and certify any necessary copies free of charge.
If you are unable to come yourself, a person authorised in writing can obtain the required information and documents and submit applications on your behalf.
