Description
The basic trade register enquiry provides you with the following information:
- Name
- Business name
- Business address
- Business activity
To obtain additional information, you must be able to demonstrate a legitimate interest (extended business register enquiry).

How the online enquiry service works:
- Start your application
- Enter your personal details or log in directly using BundID/BayernID
- Enter details of the business you are searching for
- Select the type of information
- Receive the information and invoice online

relating to a business, please use the online form to request information from the Central Business Register of the Federal Office of Justice.

Relevant supporting documents, such as copies of contract documents, invoices and debt or enforcement orders, must be submitted.
