If you would like to apply for a survivor's pension, you can make an appointment in person.

Description

  • If you want to apply for a survivor's pension, we recommend that you make an individual appointment with us.
  • If you submit the application to us within the set deadline, you will have met the statutory deadline.

Questions & Answers

No, every pension must be applied for. All pensions have deadlines within which they must be applied for; in the case of a survivor's pension, for example, the application should be submitted within 30 days of the date of death of the insured person ("quarter of death"/no income offset!), but at the latest within twelve calendar months of the month of death.
